Position Overview

Pantheon Data is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex federal engagements supporting DHS, DoD, and/or USCG initiatives. This role will oversee contracting team deliverables, support strategic planning efforts, manage project risks and resource constraints, and provide clear communication and reporting to executive leadership and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, along with experience managing large-scale projects within scope, budget, and regulatory requirements. Experience supporting federal real property initiatives, cross-functional team collaboration, and client-focused delivery in fast-paced environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight of contracting team and deliverables.
  • Strategic planning, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Risk and issue management background, proactively identify technical bottlenecks or resource constraints; develop and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Stakeholder communication, facilitate regular status meetings and provide transparent reporting on project health, timelines, and risks to the executive leadership team.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Management or Engineering.
  • Experience leading complex engagements with DHS or DoD; complex projects may include infrastructure development, policy implementation, risk management, resource allocation, and ensuring that the programs are delivered within scope, budget, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Experience supporting DHS/USCG or any federal agency.
  • Experience with federal real property and the IT systems that support it.

Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Work Location: Hybrid - USCG HQ (DHS St. Elizabeth's Campus in D.C.)

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $180,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
