Job Description: We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong understanding or prior experience in Packaging Technology to lead projects focused on cost savings, sustenance, and Value Engineering / Value Analysis (VE/VA). This role combines technical packaging knowledge with exceptional project management skills to deliver impactful results across multiple product lines.
Responsibilities: Project Leadership: - Manage end-to-end packaging projects aimed at cost optimization and sustainability.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, procurement, operations, and suppliers.
Packaging Expertise: - pply knowledge of packaging materials, processes, and technologies to drive innovative solutions.
- Support packaging sustenance initiatives and compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Cost Savings & Value Engineering: - Identify and implement packaging cost reduction opportunities.
- Lead VE/VA workshops and ensure actionable outcomes.
- Track and report savings achieved through packaging initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement: - Communicate project status, risks, and results to leadership and stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with global teams and suppliers to align packaging strategies.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in packaging technology and project management.
- Proven track record in cost savings projects and VE/VA implementation.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
