Purpose of PositionThe ERP Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution of a large-scale, global Oracle Fusion ERP implementation across the United States and Europe. Reporting to the Product Delivery Director and partnering with a top-tier system integrator, this role ensures project milestones are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget through disciplined project management, cross-functional coordination, proactive risk management, and the application of industry best practices. The ERP Project Manager serves as the primary operational coordinator across business, IT, Oracle Fusion implementation teams, and external partners. The ideal candidate combines strong technical and functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP with proven program governance, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership experience in complex, multinational environments.
Tasks and Responsibilities- Manage project-level Oracle Fusion ERP plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and critical path activities, aligned with overall ERP program governance.
- Coordinate execution activities across functional, technical, data migration, integrations, testing, reporting, security, and change management workstreams to ensure alignment with program objectives and milestone achievement.
- Collaborate with Oracle Fusion functional and technical leads to assess impacts, remove blockers, and coordinate resolution of cross-functional issues; escalate when necessary.
- Track and communicate project status, including schedule, scope, budget, resource utilization, risks, and key deliverables, highlighting variances, trends, and corrective actions.
- Facilitate core project governance activities, including daily stand-ups, workstream leadership meetings, steering committee reviews, and status reporting; publish agendas, meeting minutes, and action items.
- Proactively manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID), ensuring clear ownership, mitigation plans, target dates, and timely escalation.
- Manage system integrator and vendor coordination, including deliverable reviews, task tracking, acceptance readiness, and adherence to agreed-upon delivery methodologies and master schedules.
- Maintain project artifacts, including project schedules, RAID logs, decision logs, status reports, issue trackers, and dependency management documentation, ensuring version control and audit readiness.
- Partner with Organizational Change Management teams to support communications, training, user readiness, and Oracle Fusion adoption strategies.
- Coordinate and support testing cycles, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, deployment readiness, and hypercare activities.
- Ensure alignment between Oracle Fusion business processes and organizational objectives while supporting issue resolution and continuous process improvement.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs)- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of ERP project management experience, including 2+ full lifecycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementations with direct delivery responsibility.
- Strong experience leading Finance-focused ERP deployments, including one or more of the following areas:
- Record-to-Report (R2R)
- General Ledger
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets
- Procurement
- Cash Management
- Demonstrated experience working with leading system integrators such as IBM, PwC, KPMG, Accenture, Deloitte, or similar organizations.
- Proven success delivering enterprise programs across multiple geographic regions, including the United States and Europe.
- Understanding of IFRS and US GAAP reporting requirements and their impact on ERP processes.
- Strong project management capabilities with demonstrated success managing complex programs and meeting aggressive timelines.
- Ability to confidently navigate both functional business discussions and technical solution conversations.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Strong documentation skills, including status reporting, process flows, project plans, governance materials, and executive presentations.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience managing project risks, vendor relationships, resource planning, and issue resolution in large-scale enterprise environments.
