10Reporting Generated and distributed weekly and monthly status reports tracking KPIs like budget variances and timeline milestones

11A handson PMScrum Master who has built and maintained ADO boards from scratch proactively creates and tracks work items without prompting catches action items in realtime during meetings and

12Has experience coordinating across operations and technical teams in an industrial environment Someone who IS the Scrum Master not someone who had Scrum Masters working for them

13Familiarity with oil and gas domain knowledge preferably Upstream
