Full Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Project Manager to lead Offer Creation initiatives from concept through launch. You will be responsible for delivering projects that achieve business objectives related to quality, customer value, time-to-market, profitability, and stakeholder satisfaction. Working in a global, cross-functional environment, you will drive project planning, execution, risk management, and governance while coordinating teams across multiple regions and time zones.

What will you do?

  • Ensure program/project meet targets for quality, time to market, development & execution costs.
  • Define, maintain, and control project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
  • Drive compliance to Offer Lifecycle Management (OLM) Process, Quality procedures and cybersecurity certifications.
  • Work with product managers to ensure service offers are aligned with strategic initiatives and support business growth targets and margins.
  • Partner with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to ensure work is effectively prioritized, planned, and delivered according to project objectives.
  • Organize, lead and drive the project team and coordinate with global cross-functional stakeholders including, but not limited to, other lines of business, global supply chain, support functions, digital and connected services groups.
  • Identify the risks, issues, and manage associated corrective action plans.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise project reports and presentations to management teams, highlighting progress, risks, and recommendations for decision-making.
  • Participate in quarterly planning sessions for offers, contributing insights on timelines, resource allocation, and strategic priorities to support business objectives.
  • Support administrative activities, including managing development tools and overseeing subcontractor timesheets, and invoices processing & tracking.


What qualifications will make you successful?

  • 5+ years of project or program management experience in a technical, engineering, software, industrial automation, or services environment.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery models.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications (asset).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization capabilities.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Excellent presentation and executive reporting skills.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools.
  • Experience with Power BI (asset).
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% (internationally)
  • For Quebec-based candidates functional French is required.

The expected pay range is CAD 91,200 - CAD 136,800 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives.
