Project Manager with experience in HCAI healthcare projects to our team in Northern California. Responsibilities:- Facilitate communication and manage stakeholders, including facility staff, project coordinators, contractors, design professionals, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
- Prepare and present written reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and other project documentation related to project status, risks, schedule, and budget.
- Support projects throughout planning, design, permitting, construction, commissioning, and closeout phases.
- Review and coordinate RFIs, submittals, schedules, change orders, pay applications, and other project documentation.
- Manage field activities to ensure work is completed in accordance with project requirements, schedule, and quality expectations.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, risks, and overall project performance.
- Coordinate with project teams to identify and resolve constructability, schedule, cost, and operational issues.
- Facilitate project meetings and maintain project reporting, logs, and document controls.
- Manage and monitor the pace and schedule of the project in conjunction with office-based cost and schedule support.
- Provide strong document and project controls, including monitoring project risks, quality issues, and potential cost/schedule impacts.
Qualifications:- A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
- Prior experience with HCAI/OSHPD healthcare projects required.
- Strong understanding of construction administration, project controls, cost management, and scheduling.
- Strong experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire, life safety, and central utility infrastructure systems.
- Experience reviewing RFIs, submittals, schedules, and change orders.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel user and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor9s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred, but not required.

Compensation: $175,000 - $225,000
