What You'll Do- Direct project management activities in Global Supply Chain Operations and New Product Introductions.
- Collaborate with Hardware Engineering, Global Strategic Sourcing, Global Supply and Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Operations, Procurement, Product Management, Sales, Safety, and R&D teams.
- Provide leadership and direction from project inception through post-launch.
- Participate in all essential elements of global supply chain and new product development.
- Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of achievements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and implement changes as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
- Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to collaborators.
- Ensure quality standards are met in all project deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure flawless execution.
- Apply standard methodologies and continuous improvements in project management processes.
What We're Looking For- Demonstrated expertise in managing projects, ideally within Global Supply Chain or New Product Development.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards common goals.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Over 2 years of experience in managing projects or a similar area.
- Skilled in using project management tools and software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a diligent approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or a related area; PMP certification is an advantage.
- A collaborative attitude and a dedication to continuous improvement.

Pay Range$103,857 - $143,000 per year
