Full Job Description
What You'll Be Doing

Own assigned client programs and projects from estimating and pre-construction through final closeout. You may manage multiple locations across different states while leading an internal team and coordinating field crews, subcontractors, vendors, schedules, budgets, materials, and client expectations.
• Lead the team assigned to your programs, including APMs, Project Coordinators, Superintendents, and field resources; set priorities, responsibilities, expectations, and deadlines.
• Develop team members through coaching, accountability, training, communication, and effective delegation while retaining overall ownership of program performance.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects within national and regional rollout programs.
• Serve as the primary client contact, build long-term relationships, and understand each client's scope, standards, schedule, and expectations.
• Participate in estimating and pre-construction; review drawings, scopes, specifications, and requirements to develop complete, accurate estimates.
• Solicit, level, and review subcontractor/vendor pricing across markets; perform or review takeoffs and identify scope gaps, exclusions, and risks before bid submission.
• Develop detailed estimates by trade/division and repeatable program pricing/workbooks; use lessons learned, historical costs, and actual job performance to improve estimating accuracy and protect margins.
• Manage budgets, job costs, forecasts, change orders, and overall financial performance.
• Coordinate Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal resources across locations; manage aggressive, overlapping schedules and ensure proper staffing and readiness.
• Develop repeatable processes for consistent execution and proactively identify scope, material, schedule, and field risks before they impact the client or program.
• Manage subcontractor procurement and ensure qualified resources are available across geographic markets.
• Lead internal and client program meetings with clear expectations and follow-through.
• Manage RFIs, change orders, procurement, documentation, punch lists, and closeout.
• Monitor field quality and client standards, partner with field leadership on safety, and travel to project locations as needed.

What Success Looks Like

Success is measured by the entire program and the team you lead-from estimating and pre-construction through execution and closeout. Projects are delivered safely, profitably, on schedule, and to client quality standards. Your team understands its responsibilities and has the leadership and support to make decisions, solve problems, and succeed.

Profitable projects start with complete, accurate estimates. You'll use field experience, subcontractor relationships, historical costs, and lessons learned to continually improve pricing and execution. Most importantly, clients can expect the same execution and partnership whether Singleton is completing location #1 or #100.
