Role descriptionJob DescriptionTechnical project manager to manage a critical project for one of our biggest client in Insurance domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.
Roles and Responsibilities: - Have at least 3 years of project management experience.
- Knowledge on the CCM system.
- Plan and facilitate discovery workshops with business, technology, operations, compliance, and vendor stakeholders.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment on migration objectives, scope, priorities, and expected outcomes.
- Oversee inventory and rationalization of Documaker templates, forms, correspondence, and communication workflows.
- Identify business, technical, operational, and regulatory requirements that will influence the target CCM solution.
- Assess migration risks, dependencies, constraints, and business continuity considerations, and develop mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with architects and SMEs to define target-state capabilities, migration approach, and high-level roadmap.
- Prepare and present assessment findings, recommendations, readiness metrics, and executive status updates.
- Lead exit readiness activities by validating completion of assessment deliverables, stakeholder approvals, and migration prerequisites.
- Obtain formal sign-off on assessment outcomes, migration strategy, and execution readiness before transitioning to the implementation phase.
