Job DescriptionLeads and participates in the identification, design, development, implementation, and execution of assigned business and technology projects. Assigned projects may include operational improvements, systems implementations, data and reporting initiatives, AI and automation solutions, and cross-functional strategic programs.
Partners with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver projects that align with organizational goals and user requirements. Utilizes Agile methodologies to plan, prioritize, track, and communicate project progress, deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
Develops and maintains project reporting, dashboards, status updates, and executive communications to ensure transparency and informed decision-making. Facilitates stakeholder engagement, sprint ceremonies, project reviews, and change management activities to support successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and AI-enabled capabilities.
Participates in training users, evaluating project outcomes, identifying continuous improvement opportunities, and measuring business value realization. Provides leadership and direction to project team members and evaluates overall team and project performance.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Five to eight years of experience in project management, program management, business transformation, or related activities
Preferred Skills/Experience- Advanced knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies
- Experience working in Agile frameworks, including sprint planning, backlog management, and stakeholder reviews
- Knowledge of AI, automation, machine learning, or emerging technology initiatives and their business applications
- Experience developing executive-level reporting, dashboards, project metrics, and performance tracking
- Strong project communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills
- Experience leading cross-functional projects in Agile or hybrid delivery environment
Location expectations This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $92,820.00 - $109,200.00
