Job Responsibilities:- Responsible for all managerial and administrative aspects of a wide range of mechanical processes including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review, coordination, and more.
- Coordinate project kick-off meetings, progress meetings, and close out activities.
- Gather project requirements directly from clients and facilitate preparation of working drawings.
- Work both independently and alongside management to prepare/submit project propels.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, vendors, engineers, and internal teams.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure project milestones are met.
- All other duties assigned.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing projects.
- Previous experience working in HVAC is preferred.
- Previous experience working with Microsoft 365 required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks at once.
- Easily adapt to new situations and challenges.
- High mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Works well individually with limited supervision.
- Highly organized and a reliable team player.
The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 - $150,00 in Iowa. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade in which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
