OverviewThis is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. This role will be located in Charlotte or Raleigh, NC.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Manager, Marketing Delivery to support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role is focused on day-to-day coordination, program delivery, and ensuring campaigns are executed smoothly and on time.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly proactive, and enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams to bring marketing plans to life.
ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution & Delivery
- Support campaign execution across channels including email, web, digital, events, and PR
- Help gather assets, inputs, and approvals required for campaign launches
- Support quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across marketing materials
Project Management & Operational Coordination
- Manage timelines, trackers, and project documentation to keep programs organized and moving forward
- Assist in translating marketing plans into task lists, timelines, and executional workflows
- Track campaign deliverables and flag risks, delays, or dependencies to program leads
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
- Coordinate with channel teams and internal partners to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and aligned to plans
- Schedule and support project meetings, including capturing notes, action items, and follow-ups
- Ensure all stakeholders are kept informed with regular updates on status and milestones
Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement
- Compile basic performance metrics and reporting to support campaign reviews
- Assist with post-campaign wrap-ups and documentation of key learnings
QualificationsBachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
OR
High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4 - 6 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or campaign execution
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn across marketing disciplines
- Agency and/or financial services experience is a plus
