orchestra conductor of extraordinary marine projects!
As the Project Manager - Marine Solutions, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of cruise ship installations. Working with multidisciplinary teams, high-profile clients, and international partners, you'll ensure flawless project delivery-on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:- Plan, coordinate, and oversee onboard installations (20-40% travel)
- Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, purchasing, and technical services
- Serve as the primary link with clients, shipyards, and cruise lines
- Manage schedules, deliverables, purchasing, and shipping logistics
- Lead and motivate on-site project teams
- Ensure compliance with marine regulations and safety protocols
Your Profile:- 5-10 years' experience in project management (marine, industrial construction, logistic)
- Experience in cruise ship outfitting or drydock projects (strong asset)
- University degree or equivalent technical experience
- Fully bilingual (French and English)
- Comfortable working under pressure in dynamic environments
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
