We are looking for a Construction Project Manager who will plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished by performing the required duties personally or through others. While this position can be based out of several of our US offices, you will be required to travel to worksites.
JOB DUTIES
Project Governance: Manages requirements of project and facilitate permits/testing/inspection as well necessary project plans throughout project lifecycle.
Scope Management: Manage all additions, subtractions, and changes to the scope, ensuring that claims and change orders are processed per the contract in a timely and professional manner.
Schedule Management: Manage, update, and communicate the project schedule and plans to all affected parties.
Finance: Responsible for managing contract value, project change orders, perform forecasting and manage all cash flow in and out of the project’s budget. Prepare weekly cost reviews. Arrange monthly billing with Project Specialist.
Quality Management: Support project quality requirements from installation metrics, warranties and punch-list ensuring work meets installation requirements. Daily interaction with General Contractor's project staff.
Resource Management: Management of project resources at team level, subcontract/purchase order level and field labor. Monitor performance and take action as needed. Deconflict engineering questions with GC and SL. Update monthly MP Steering Committee Meetings.
Risk & Opportunity Management: Create and manage risk and opportunity logs.
Procurement Management: Manage project procurement activates including subcontracts and vendor management.
Safety: Perform frequent and regular site safety audits, training, and inspections to ensure compliance with KONE policies as well as those of the appropriate governing bodies.
Travel: 50% travel to job sites in the US (currently FL and TX).
Experience:
2+ years of experience
Experience in project management process & executing projects
Contracting & Construction experience preferred
Knowledge of elevator/escalator industry
KONE Installation Project Management Certificate required within 6 months of start date in role.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree; preferably Construction Management background.
7+ years of experience in related industry considered in lieu of degree.

Annual Base Pay Range:
The hiring range for this role is $112,500 – $147,630. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
Variable Compensation
KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
