JD for ford senior resource requirement. ¿ Strong understanding on perimeter security products like network Firewall,IPS/IDS, loadbalancer, router, switch and proxy. ¿ Provide support for major incident response including mitigation actions to contain activity. ¿ Prepare reports, Presentations and response procedure which need to communicate for information security team of client. ¿ Analyze and make recommendations to improve network architecture with client engineering team. ¿ Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills. ¿ Candidate should lead project and manage client escalations. ¿ Candidate should manage team member with technical and non technical challenges. ¿ Dedicated work ethic and he should manage ITIL process. ¿ Strong work prioritization and planning skills. He should function with Risk management. ¿ Strong decision making capabilities, with a proven ability to weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and identify the most appropriate one. ¿ Strong interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal to interact with client.
