About Your Role

The Content Lab at Bridgewater is responsible for the publication, editorial direction and distribution of the firm's investment content, including flagship publications such as the Bridgewater Daily Observations, the annual Strategic Report, and Quarterly Letters.

We are seeking a Project Manager to join as a leverage partner to the Deputy Head of Content Lab - handling the business operations, logistics, and coordination that keep the team running smoothly. Success requires detail-orientation, strong logic, operational excellence, ownership mentality, client orientation, high standards of care for work and people, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate a rapidly changing environment fluidly.

You will drive the following responsibilities:

Project management and business operations in partnership with the Deputy Head of Content Lab and the Program Management Office:
  • Act as leverage to the Deputy Head of Content Lab, handling day-to-day logistics in support of team goals /priorities
  • Independently own end-to-end delivery for specific, defined projects: manage timelines, risks, and stakeholders, building detailed project plans that cover scope, sequencing, milestones, and deliverables
  • Manage scheduling and logistics for the Deputy Head of Content Lab: prioritizing meeting requests and handling day-to-day administrative needs
  • Coordinate team meetings and event logistics, aligned to business goals and priorities
  • Drive accountability across functions and contributors, adapting plans in real time as scope and priorities shift
  • Build and maintain stakeholder updates and status reporting; exercise sound operational judgement within established procedures, escalating complex or ambiguous issues to leadership

Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience acting as leverage to a team or function leader
  • Ability to understand team strategy, goals, and priorities to effectively partner on driving initiatives to completion and keeping the team on track, including knowing when to escalate ambiguous or complex issues to leadership
  • Experience managing timelines, scope, and stakeholders for defined projects or workstreams
  • Capability working and coordinating across a wide range of teams and functions
  • Extensive experience managing high volume scheduling or calendars
  • High empathy, affinity for working as part of a team to support senior stakeholders
  • Effective written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills and an ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, tasks, and priorities
  • Ability to independently anticipate problems and enjoys collaborative problem solving

Physical Requirements

This role will follow a hybrid schedule, with an onsite requirement of 4 days. Required on-site locations and schedules vary by team, but will either be based in Westport, NYC or involve some degree of alternating between campuses.

Wage Range

The wage range for this role is $155,000-$250,000 inclusive of base salary and discretionary target bonus. The expected base salary for this role is between 70% - 80% of this wage range.
