Project Manager - Land Development Full-time Exempt Professional

Salary Range: $131,000.00 To $172,250.00 Annually
We are currently seeking to add a
Sr. Project Manager to our growing
Land Development team.

Your expertise will be instrumental in creating effective designs for a diverse range of projects, from senior living facilities to commercial spaces and vibrant neighborhoods.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:- Manage and oversee all phases to deliver land development projects on time and on budget in a manner that exceeds our clients' expectations
- Coordinate with clients, team members, and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Ability to develop and foster authentic, long-lasting relationships with clients and further develop business opportunities
- Prepare and review engineering plans, reports, and documents including proposals, scopes of work, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff
QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
- PE license
- 10+ years of engineering experience
- 3+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports and managing projects
- Ability to manage projects independently
- Excellent client service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
