Job Description

Dewberry is seeking a Project Manager for its Parsippany, NJ; Mount Laurel, NJ; or King of Prussia, PA locations. The qualified individual will have the responsibility to manage multi-disciplined land development design projects and assist the department manager in managing client relationships, developing and pursuing new clients and project opportunities, and managing multi-disciplined project staff. Responsibilities include proposal preparation, land development planning and design, client and regulatory agency coordination, schedule and budget management, and marketing of land development services to prospective clients.

Dewberry offers a comprehensive and very competitive package of insurance programs to regular full-time employees and their eligible dependents the first of the month following their date of hire. Required Skills & Required Experience

  • BS in Civil Engineering required.
  • 10 -15 years of directly related experience and Professional Engineer licensure in NJ.
  • The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to manage and work as part of multi-disciplined project teams, and a proven track record of maintaining an independent client following and strong client relationships.
  • Individual must have a thorough understanding of the land development design, permitting and approval processes in NJ and a demonstrated track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
  • Driving is a requirement of the position. A clean driving record is required.

Salary Range

The projected range for this position in the following locations are:

  • Parsippany, NJ: $118,825 - $152,775
  • Mount Laurel, NJ: $116, 463 - $149,738
