Position SummaryLaland Baptiste, LLC is seeking an experienced
Project Manager for a large, complex phased renovation project in Albany, NY.
The ideal candidate will have strong construction management experience overseeing large-scale renovations involving multiple phases, contractors, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Manage and oversee all phases of the renovation project.
- Coordinate contractors, architects, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, construction progress, and quality.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Coordinate construction phasing, sequencing, and site logistics.
- Identify and resolve construction, schedule, and coordination issues.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
- Support project closeout and turnover.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
- PE preferred, but not required.
- Strong Project Management/Construction Management experience.
- Experience with large, complex, phased renovation projects required.
- Experience with occupied or operational facilities preferred.
- Public-sector or institutional construction experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
