Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end management of application development projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams-developers, data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders-to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI-driven features and enhancements into application design and functionality.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, proactively mitigating challenges and communicating solutions.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Facilitate effective communication across teams, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices in AI integration.
• Evaluate and recommend AI tools, platforms, and frameworks to support application development.
• Mentor and train team members on AI concepts and their application in projects.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience (5+ years) managing software/application development projects.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, natural language processing, and neural networks.
• Familiarity with AI development tools and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure AI, AWS AI, Google AI).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Desired AI Skills and Competencies
• Hands-on experience with AI model development, deployment, and monitoring in production environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into AI-driven technical solutions.
• Understanding of data management, data analytics, and ethical considerations in AI.
• Experience working with APIs, cloud-based AI services, and integrating AI components into applications.
• Knowledge of AI trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from CAD 100000 to CAD 150000 .
