Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in applicable field.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Preferred: Project management certification (CAPM®, PMP®, or Prince 2®).
• Proven project management experience required.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP.
• Understanding of product development lifecycles.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects from planning to execution, ensuring technical and budgetary alignment.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to match customer needs with internal capabilities.
• Conduct weekly meetings with internal groups and external partners to track project progress.
• Provide detailed and high-level summaries on project requirements for stakeholders.
• Enhance project management tools and methodologies for better process efficiency.
• Ensure all projects comply with legal and safety standards.
• Promote and foster a Lean culture within project teams.
