Project ManagerWhat this job involves:The Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of capital improvement projects for a dedicated client account, overseeing day-to-day activities across programming, planning, design, construction, and project closeout. This role manages multiple small-duration, lower-cost projects simultaneously while ensuring delivery within budget, on schedule, and aligned with client objectives and JLL governance standards. Acting as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders, the Project Manager brings a collaborative and solutions-focused approach to every stage of the project lifecycle. This account recently negotiated a new, five year MSA that just started.

What your day-to-day will look like:- Develop and manage project-specific goals, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies to support successful project delivery.
- Establish project success criteria and ensure alignment with both client expectations and JLL standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
- Guide stakeholders through the design and implementation process, including conceptual planning, design development, construction documentation, and approvals.
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules, monitor milestones and critical path activities, and proactively manage project risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate due diligence activities and ensure all required project documentation is complete, accurate, and delivered on time.
- Prepare and manage RFP processes for contractors and vendors, including bid evaluation, vendor selection, and contract coordination.
- Oversee vendor, contractor, and project team performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the refinement of best practices and standards of excellence across JLL.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, real estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in corporate real estate, project management, or construction management environments.
- Practical experience working with ADA requirements and construction-related compliance standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders and project teams.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred qualifications:- Experience managing capital improvement projects within corporate, commercial real estate, or occupied office environments.
- Familiarity with project management tools, scheduling software, and financial reporting processes.
- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and project cost control methodologies.
- Experience coordinating with external consultants, contractors, and jurisdictional agencies.
- Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies effectively.
- Experience contributing to process improvement initiatives and operational best practices.

Estimated compensation for this position:100,000.00 - 120,000.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
