Who You Are

You are an experienced Project Manager with at least five years of success leading complex projects, ideally within the medical device, diagnostics, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industries. You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities while staying organized, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering results. You bring strong project planning, scheduling, and tracking expertise, along with the ability to anticipate risks and keep projects moving forward.

You are a collaborative leader who can build trust, create alignment, and effectively influence team members and stakeholders, even when you do not have direct authority. You are confident communicating recommendations, facilitating productive discussions, and driving decisions that support project objectives. When challenges arise, you remain calm and solution-focused, working through adversity and differing perspectives while maintaining positive relationships. Most importantly, you take ownership, demonstrate sound judgment, and know when to escalate issues to ensure successful project outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Lead cross-functional project teams and sub-teams by facilitating discussions, gathering input, driving alignment, and ensuring accountability for project objectives for both new product development and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and obstacles, and implement mitigation strategies to improve predictability and project success.

  • Communicate project status, key milestones, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.

  • Resolve project challenges proactively, balancing competing priorities and navigating constructive conflict to keep projects moving forward.


PMP certification is desirable. Experience with Japanese culture is a plus.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $100,000 - $115,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
