Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting for a Project Manager IV to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) GSP TO7 contract at Alexander T. Augusta Military Medical Center (ATAMMC) in Fort Belvoir, Virginia.Work Location: ATAMMC: 9300 Dewitt Loop, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060
Position Overview:- The Project Manager IV has overall responsibility for managing large, complex, or strategic projects, serves as backup to the Program Manager, facilitates the Change Control Board (CCB), and performs as the site lead.
Job Duties:- Provide cradle-to-grave project management for medium-to-long-term projects, approximately 12 months or longer, using government-approved methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Act as backup to the Program Manager and manage as the site lead.
- Facilitate the CCB in accordance with the Government's Charter, ensuring submission of required documentation and maintenance of official records.
- Manage all project phases, including coordination, kickoff, execution, monitoring, documentation, vendor communication, and closeout.
- Lead strategic planning, budgeting, contract support, and Business Process Reengineering (BPR).
- Provide overall project leadership and develop the overall project strategy.
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships and communications.
- Apply advanced financial management skills to control large project budgets.
- Maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using government-approved tools, such as Power BI or Microsoft Project, that is vertically traceable to all PWS requirements.
- Deliver comprehensive project management reporting, including resource utilization, spend analysis, and risk status.
- Provide administrative support, including status reporting, data gathering, meeting logistics, and funding profile management.
- Demonstrate an advanced understanding of project management methodologies.
Required Qualifications:- Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent years of experience.
- 10+ Years of progressive experience in IT project management at the Project Manager; experience performing as a site lead.
- Experience managing large-scale, complex, and strategic IT projects in DoD or federal environments using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Advanced financial management skills to control large project budgets.
- Experience maintaining Integrated Master Schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project or Power BI.
- Experience facilitating Change Control Boards in DoD environments.
- Expert proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- DoD Cyber Workforce Framework proficiency level: Advanced; Cyber Role Designation 802, IT Project Manager - Advanced.
Required to Start:
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is Required to Start
- A NACLC Public Trust/Tier 3 (T3) Background Investigation and favorable suitability adjudication is Required to Start.
