In summary, what does the role entail?

As a Project Manager, you will be at the heart of delivering strategic, large-scale projects supported by the IT team. With your leadership skills and mastery of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, you will ensure clear project scope, optimal planning, and rigorous deadline tracking. You will analyze business needs, prioritize the backlog, and orchestrate sprint planning. You will also play a key role in communication and project governance, ensuring follow-up with stakeholders and leading all project meetings with IT teams and business partners.

What is the ideal profile for this position?
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in project management, with practical knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with ERP and/or CRM applications, as well as a solid understanding of retail management, customer experience, and/or manufacturing systems within an IT ecosystem.
  • Professional accreditation in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels, with strategic maturity to manage executive expectations.
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, document projects effectively, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and work in a dynamic environment with rigor and organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, proficiency in French is an asset.

As a Project Manager, IT, what will your responsibilities be?
  • Support the program manager in the ongoing adoption of the project management framework and best practices across various business sectors.
  • Identify and implement project management best practices within the established framework for each project.
  • Manage multiple projects by adapting both Waterfall and Agile methodologies to the project framework.
  • Develop and manage the project plan, monitoring scope, budget, and effort to ensure timely delivery and quality of deliverables.
  • Lead and participate in business analysis activities, including requirements gathering workshops and backlog management.
