What is the ideal profile for this position?- 5 to 7 years of experience in project management, with practical knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with ERP and/or CRM applications, as well as a solid understanding of retail management, customer experience, and/or manufacturing systems within an IT ecosystem.
- Professional accreditation in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels, with strategic maturity to manage executive expectations.
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, document projects effectively, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and work in a dynamic environment with rigor and organization.
- Excellent communication skills, proficiency in French is an asset.
As a Project Manager, IT, what will your responsibilities be?- Support the program manager in the ongoing adoption of the project management framework and best practices across various business sectors.
- Identify and implement project management best practices within the established framework for each project.
- Manage multiple projects by adapting both Waterfall and Agile methodologies to the project framework.
- Develop and manage the project plan, monitoring scope, budget, and effort to ensure timely delivery and quality of deliverables.
- Lead and participate in business analysis activities, including requirements gathering workshops and backlog management.
- Manage the project RAID log and establish mitigation plans for identified risks.
- Establish and develop excellent business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and daily scrum ceremonies to ensure projects are on track and oversee change management activities to ensure positive user adoption.
