  • Support the development of an integrated master schedule by managing dependencies and milestones.
  • Ensure timely reviews of technical and commercial documents and update affected contracts accordingly.
  • Monitor integration risks and compile status reports with recommendations for the project leadership.

Full Job Description
Basic Function

The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional and cross-contract interfaces so that Ohio Powered Lands development and execution workstreams operate from a consistent scope, schedule, assumptions set, action log, and decision record from development through commissioning readiness.

Expected reporting relationship: Project Director, Development & Integration. Confirm reporting line, assigned parcels/assets, as the owner-side interface manager for Owner, EPC/EPCM, customer, and utility interfaces.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the integrated interface register, responsibility matrix, deliverables matrix, key decision log, and cross-functional action tracker.
  • Coordinate scope boundaries and dependencies among development, engineering, procurement, construction, controls, commercial, legal, permitting, fuel, operations, utilities, customers, OEMs, and contractors.
  • Facilitate interface and integration meetings; document decisions, owners, dates, prerequisites, and downstream impacts.
  • Identify scope gaps, overlaps, inconsistent assumptions, and emerging constraints; drive timely resolution and escalation.
  • Support integrated master schedule development by validating handoffs, external dependencies, long-lead inputs, permits, energization, fuel availability, commissioning, and turnover milestones.
  • Coordinate technical and commercial document reviews and ensure approved changes are incorporated across affected work products and contracts.
  • Track integration risks and readiness metrics; prepare concise status reporting and recommendations for project leadership.
  • Support constructability, operability, maintainability, commissioning, and handover reviews to ensure life-cycle requirements are addressed early.
  • Maintain interface with management software, configuration control, document control, and systems engineering.
  • Confirm assigned asset classes/parcels and primary external counterparties.

Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience on large gas power, utility, industrial, data-center, or infrastructure projects, including cross-functional project or interface management.
  • Experience coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, schedule, cost, contract, and stakeholder interfaces in an EPC/EPCM environment.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents, schedules, contracts, responsibility matrices, and risk registers and translate them into clear actions.
  • Strong facilitation, written communication, issue resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project collaboration tools; experience with Primavera P6, Aconex, Smartsheet, or comparable systems preferred.
  • PMP or systems/interface management training preferred.

Location: Hybrid or On-site near Piketon, Ohio. Travel up to 60% if hybrid.

Base Pay - $140,000 - $170,000

The pay range mentioned above is a guideline. We tailor each offer based on your unique skills, experience, location, and market benchmarks-while ensuring internal parity across our teams.
