Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to coordinate with our SI and Service organization the planning and execution of medical equipment installation and deinstallation projects within our Circuline Business. This role requires a strong operational leader who can successfully manage complex healthcare equipment projects while ensuring compliance with quality standards, customer expectations, and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in healthcare environments, strong technical knowledge of medical equipment, exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to navigate complex project challenges while driving successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project management activities for the deinstallation, relocation, and installation of qualified Circuline equipment.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and status reports.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Service, Logistics, Service Engineering, Clinical Applications, Quality, and third-party vendors.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact throughout project execution, ensuring a positive customer experience and timely issue resolution.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resources to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Partner closely with the Sales organization to support customer engagement, transition activities, and project readiness.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively managing escalations and competing priorities.
  • Facilitate effective communication among internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Lead conflict resolution efforts across customers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project momentum.
  • Ensure adherence to Siemens Healthineers quality management systems, regulatory requirements, safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance project execution processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor project performance metrics and provide leadership with accurate project reporting and status updates.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a healthcare environment managing projects, operations, or technical implementations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the installation, deinstallation, relocation, or deployment of complex medical equipment.
  • Strong technical understanding of healthcare technology, diagnostic imaging equipment, or other medical devices.
  • Strong operational and organizational management skills with a focus on execution excellence.
  • Strong conflict management, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively across matrixed organizations and influence without direct authority.
  • Proficiency with project management methodologies, tools, and reporting systems.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% as required.

The base pay range for this position is:

$158,300 - $217,657

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
