This role will support the Customer Engagement organization and partner closely with engineering teams to drive execution across initiatives. The environment is highly collaborative and execution-focused.
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
You will step into a hands-on Technical Project Manager role focused on driving day-to-day execution across an application-based product with Gen AI components. This is an execution-heavy role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working closely with technical teams.
You'll manage timelines, support engineering workflows, and help streamline processes across internal tools and customer support systems.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
• Project management experience (3-5 years)
Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, drive timelines, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with application-based projects + PM tools (Wrike preferred)
Experience supporting or delivering application-based products (not just infrastructure or operations), with hands-on use of PM tools like Wrike to manage workflows and execution
• Gen AI exposure and basic understanding
Familiarity with Gen AI concepts through professional or personal use. Ability to speak to foundational concepts and general AI use cases
• Nice to Haves
• Experience working in engineering or technical environments
• Exposure to customer support systems or internal tooling
• Experience with Tableau or similar reporting tools
• Experience supporting automation or virtual assistant tools
