As a Project Manager, you will:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our healthcare technology and data modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on healthcare, technology modernization, and data modernization. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Lead and manage large-scale healthcare technology and data modernization projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, clinical staff, and external vendors, to ensure project success.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to drive project delivery and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members
Candidate must have skills:- 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on healthcare technology and data modernization.
- Proven experience in leading Agile projects and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, data infrastructure, and technology modernization.
- PMP Certification is required. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:- Knowledge of healthcare data standards and interoperability.
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and data analytics.

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
