Description

The Project Manager - Information Technology is responsible for leading diverse, complex, enterprise-wide technology initiatives, with a primary focus on IT Asset Management (ITAM) and ServiceNow-enabled solutions. Coordinates all phases of project and program delivery, including planning, execution, governance, timelines, quality, budget, and resource management. Drives multiple interconnected workstreams spanning IT Asset Management, ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, infrastructure, endpoint and hardware lifecycle management, software asset management, compliance, procurement, finance, vendor management, field service operations, and business stakeholder teams.

The Project Manager - Information Technology provides leadership and support to PMO Project Managers as needed, ensuring project plans are executable, dependencies are identified and managed, and delivery remains on schedule and within budget. Tracks key milestones and deliverables, proactively identifies risks, develops mitigation strategies, and escalates issues appropriately to support informed decision-making. Serves as a bridge between technical, operational, business, and executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, governance, and business outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Manages efforts to coordinate cross functionally to estimate project scope, tasks and cost.
  • Manages efforts to coordinate and support project delivery within committed budget, schedule and quality.
  • Identify and communicate risks and mitigation plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate effectively across multiple workgroups to plan for resources and resource assignments.
  • Manage project plans in a complex, dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements, tracking impact to budget and schedule.
  • Communicate accomplishments and forecast budgets.


Qualifications

What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or Business Administration or equivalent field of study.
  • 3+ years of Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, or Sr Program Manager experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technology, ITSM, ITAM, or ServiceNow initiatives in enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with Clarity, Confluence, Jira, or similar tools.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and related project reporting or executive communication tools.
  • Budgeting and Resource Management.
  • Project Tracking.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in office per week).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification.
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position.

  • Prior airline or large enterprise operations experience, particularly supporting infrastructure, endpoint, service management, field operations, procurement, compliance, or technology support teams.

  • Expertise delivering ServiceNow ITSM solutions, including Service Catalog, CMDB, ITAM, and Field Service Management.
