Summary
Organization: Industry Innovation & Co-Development Group (InnoCoDev)
This team will operate as a dedicated strategic function within Professional Services, working closely with Product Development, Sales, and Customer Success. Our mission is to accelerate the delivery of industry-wide solutions through strategic co-development partnerships with key customers. This initiative will establish a SWAT team within Professional Services to identify, cultivate, and operationalize these partnerships, demonstrating Guidewire Professional Services' unique value proposition and capturing premium service opportunities.

Role Overview
The Project Manager (PM) serves as a foundational role in the delivery of Guidewire projects, focusing on the execution of smaller, more contained projects while building the skills and knowledge required to progress toward the Engagement Manager (EM) role.

As a Project Manager, you will manage project timelines, deliverables, and customer scope to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will coordinate across teams, develop strong client relationships, and work closely with senior leaders, including Engagement Managers, Principals, and Guidewire Partners, to achieve project success and customer satisfaction.

GUIDEWIRE KNOWLEDGE AND INDUSTRY UNDERSTANDING
  • Familiarity with the Guidewire catalog and willingness to develop knowledge through training and certification.
  • Basic understanding of the insurance industry and trends within the region to better align project outcomes with industry needs.
  • Experience with a Professional Services or consulting organization coordinating projects managed via a contract.


MONITORING, CONTROL AND RISK/CHANGE MANAGEMENT
  • Track project progress, monitor budgets and schedules, and ensure the work meets quality standards.
  • Identify and manage potential risks and implement changes as needed to meet project objectives.


REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Multi-lingual experience is a plus, but not required


The Canadian CAD base salary range for this full-time position is - . Your base pay will depend on your experience, skills, education, training, and location among other factors. All full-time positions or part-time roles working 30 hours or more a week at Guidewire are eligible for benefits that support their health and well-being including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a company sponsored retirement plan. In addition, some roles may be eligible for the annual company bonus plan, commissions, and/or long term incentive awards which are contingent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, company and employee performance.
