Position Purpose:Responsible for all aspects of Infrastructure related projects including scope, milestones, schedule, cost and resources. Plan, execute, manage, and report on assigned projects. Responsible for the completion of assigned projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelines.
This position is responsible for planning projects from beginning to end, including but not limited to: schedule development for the project activities; the determination of resources and budget needs to complete the identified work; and the management of the project during the execution phase.

Minimum Qualification Requirements (Education/Experience):Applicable Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years relevant experience. A combination of education and directly relevant work experience may be substituted.

Specialist Requirements/Training:Strong working knowledge of DOE program requirements. It is preferrable to have experience working with other DOE programs or other industries heavily regulated by the Federal Government. Knowledge of project management and project control system methodologies. Experience in leading and working in an integrated project team.
License(s) or Certification(s) Required:PMP certification or the ability to obtain within 12 months
Position Responsibilities:Management and tracking of milestones and overall project cost.
Develop, analyze and manage project estimates and schedules.
Planning and execution of necessary project and stakeholder meetings.
Definition of project scope and identification of stakeholders.
Ensure proper closeout of project complete.
