Act as a liaison to ensure proper alignment of projects to institutional goals. Lead the process of developing, executing, resolving issues, communicating, and driving the final results of each project. Serve as the primary point of contact for large sized projects requiring leadership and experience of a seasoned project management professional. Assist in implementing a culture of improvement across the institution. Coach staff in the coordination and management of project related activities.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in health administration, business, or project management.
Minimum of 5 years related experience to include at least 3 years managing projects.
Experience leading a large project team on a large scale project (budget, impact, or time); full cycle from initiation to project close.
Demonstrated successful experience working with vendors, consultants and other purchased services.
Required Credentials

Preferred
Master of Science in Project Management, health administration, business, or consulting.
Experience working in a Project Management Consulting firm.
Demonstrated successful experience leading complex change management in an organizational setting.
Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen experience.
Experience training/presenting.
Proven record of project completion through use of methodologies, including project and time management, team development, and status reporting.
Compensation Range
$97,665.00 - $146,497.00 per year
Salary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
