Position Summary

Project Managers at On Side manage and oversee all aspects of the restoration of property after a disaster of any sort. If you hate the idea of being in one place all day, you'll love going to different job sites while having the stability of a local branch office.

Compensation
  • Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000/ year
  • Commissions payments subject to personal performance
  • Annual Performance Incentive Bonus - Percentage of base salary subject to personal and company performance

The base salary listed is determined by project volume and gross margins combined with industry experience and demonstrated industry relationships. Total compensation, including bonus plan and industry leading commission structure , will be discussed in full should you be selected for an interview .

What You'll Do
  • Working with Insurance adjusters to ensure a seamless experience for the insured.
  • Playing a key role in business development efforts, leveraging their existing network to identify new opportunities and grow our client base.
  • Quality control of all aspects of the job.
  • The job, you own it, it's essentially a reflection of you at the end of the day.
  • Superior customer service interactions with property owners, businesses, and families.
  • Assessing damage and determining the scope of work needed.
  • Managing and Directing Restoration Staff in a supportive team environment during: Disaster remediation efforts, cleaning & packing, rebuilding, and project completion.


What You Bring
  • A minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience in the restoration industry.
  • Experience with Xactimate
  • A passion for customer service with strong written and verbal communication
  • Be self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Open to working after hours and on weekends
  • Problem solving and priority management skills.
  • Established trusted connections in the business community is an asset.
  • Computer skills, you'll be working in an MS Office environment.
  • You have an ongoing commitment to self-development
  • A willingness to travel within Canada to support cross-region Teammates. Disasters happen all over and sometimes we need to support our teams in other locations.
  • Valid driver's license & clean drivers abstract
