Project Manager II to support our client in Oak Ridge, TN.
Responsibilities: - Coordinate day-to-day project activities and support project leadership in the planning and execution of project objectives, milestones, schedules, and deliverables.
- Track project progress, action items, schedules, budgets, and key deliverables while identifying potential issues or risks that may impact project execution.
- Coordinate meetings with project teams, clients, technical personnel, and other stakeholders, including preparing agendas, documenting decisions, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare status reports, presentations, project updates, and other communications for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, procurement, finance, and other cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities, communicate priorities, and support the resolution of project-related issues.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements: - 8+ years of relevant project management, project coordination, engineering, or related experience.
- Demonstrated experience supporting complex technical, engineering, construction, manufacturing, nuclear, energy, or similarly regulated projects.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, deliverables, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience with project schedules, status reporting, action tracking, project documentation, budgets, and other project management processes and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate with technical teams, project leadership, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience supporting projects within the nuclear, energy, engineering, or other highly regulated industries.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary technical teams and coordinating complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Location/Work Arrangement:- This position is in Oak Ridge, TN.
- Schedule is full-time, Monday - Friday 40-hour week.
