Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of telecommunications, VoIP, satellite systems, routers, networking, and cabling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to lead, motivate, and train teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and technician scheduling.
• Ensure adherence to company policies regarding safety, assets, and production.
• Provide exemplary customer service to customers, corporate leadership, and field teams.
• Deliver regular status updates and manage scope changes for assigned projects.
• Monitor project financials and prepare reports for management.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control for assigned projects.
• Troubleshoot technical, personnel, and project-related challenges.
