SERIES CONCEPT:
A project is a temporary endeavor undertaken to create a unique product, service or result. A project is temporary in that it has a defined beginning and end in time, and therefore defined scope and resources. So a project team often includes people who don't usually work together - sometimes from different functional areas and across multiple geographies.

Note: Project(s) typically associated with this level have a somewhat narrow scope/impact on the organization, include a limited number of staff devoted to the project (usually), are small to moderate sized projects, and have a limited budget to complete the project.
