Job Description:

Insight Health Solutions is seeking an energetic full-time Project Manager to join us in leading projects internally and externally that support our continued growth and quality focus. Reporting to the Director Business Diversification and working closely with the clinical operations and business development leaders, this position will lead exciting, transformative initiatives across the program, designed to achieve the goals identified in THP's an Insight's Business Plan to 2030. The ideal candidate exemplifies a commitment to our vision, mission and values and demonstrates dedication to a client-centered approach to delivering high quality care and excellent customer service.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage multiple projects that incorporate organizational change management strategies/plans and service redesign using a structured methodology
  • Work with Insight business leaders on new program builds from concept through to implantation launch and beyond to support program and process improvements aligned with meeting the objectives outlined in Insight's Business Plan to 2030
  • Conduct multi-disciplinary engagement, requirements gathering, environmental scans, assessments and gap analyses to support the adoption, adaptation, or development of digital health solutions.
  • Work in cross-functional teams to lead initiatives from conception to launch by clearly communicating business requirements and supporting change management and preparing materials for a successful product launch.
  • Provide business architecture and modeling, working with Insight's leadership team, identifying gap analyses and developing transition plans to support growth;
  • Oversee all elements of project approach and plan development, as well as implementing all necessary processes and practices to ensure Insight is delivering project objectives;
  • Monitor and report on progress, problems and solutions of the project to all stakeholders. Provide strategies for risk mitigation and resolution and escalate issues as appropriate;
  • Participate in the creation and delivery of innovative presentations and proposals which could include clear decision materials for leadership and governance tables, including trade-offs, risks, and recommendations
  • Demonstrate effectiveness at leading and working with teams
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of project deliverables
  • Champion equity and inclusion as a core element of team development, modelling THP's core values
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree in Health Administration, Business, or relevant discipline combined with progressively responsible leadership and project management experience in a dynamic, complex work environment ideally with third-party funded, healthcare experience
  • Demonstrated success and experience planning, facilitating and implementing strategic initiatives
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, or in process is an asset
  • Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multi task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective and comprehensive reports and presentations for various audiences, including executives, administrators and clinicians
  • Superior writing skills
  • Demonstrated effectiveness at leading and working with teams through previous successful projects
