Title: Project Manager

Overview / Summary

The Project Manager supports vehicle program execution by coordinating studio appearance development processes, program calendars, leadership reviews, documentation, communications, and cross-functional activities. This role ensures alignment across design, product development, engineering, product management, and external partners while maintaining program tracking and operational support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support vehicle programs through established studio appearance development and approval processes from initiation through completion.
  • Coordinate feasibility reviews, milestone reviews, and approval meetings by scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and supporting presentation requirements.
  • Coordinate executive and leadership review meetings, including agendas, materials, logistics, and follow-up actions.
  • Manage program calendars and track key leadership reviews, readiness requirements, and milestone activities.
  • Maintain weekly program health tracking and identify potential risks or areas requiring attention.
  • Create and maintain program documentation, including property plans, release plans, content summaries, and approval trackers.
  • Develop, share, and archive best practices related to design development processes.
  • Support leadership reviews by coordinating materials, setup requirements, logistics, and follow-up activities.
  • Document review discussions, distribute meeting notes, and track action items through completion.
  • Serve as a cross-functional liaison between design teams, product development teams, engineering teams, product managers, and external partners.
  • Support team communication activities, including staff meetings, agendas, facilitation, and follow-through.
  • Maintain team project calendars and share important program updates with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate team meetings, events, and related logistics activities.
  • Support property moves, shipping requests, and operational coordination activities.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal reviews, events, and team activities.
  • Prepare monthly performance and attendance summaries, including program health status, SLA tracking, and identified risks.
