General position summary:The Hospitality Project Manager serves as the single point of accountability for delivering complex hospitality logistics projects, ensuring alignment across clients, vendors, and internal teams. This role is responsible for driving execution strategy, managing risk, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to client expectations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:- Serve as the key client contact supporting project stakeholders such as purchasing agents, general contractors, vendors, subcontractors, warehouse teams, and installation crews.
- Lead weekly client governance meetings and provide monthly status reports to review project readiness, progress, risks, issues, schedule impacts, product shortages, damages, access constraints, scope changes, and required actions.
- Owns the project end to end, from award through planning, execution, final installation, punch list resolution, and closeout.
- Drives alignment across all phases of project activity by reviewing scope, specifications, purchase orders, schedules, drawings, delivery requirements, and installation expectations with all parties.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules, load in plans, delivery sequencing, manpower requirements, and installation timelines.
- Coordinate product receiving, inspection, labeling, inventory tracking, storage, pulling, delivery, and final placement.
- Ensure strong project inventory management by confirming responsible teams maintain accurate records, reporting, damage documentation, and status updates.
- Oversee field execution to ensure installation work meets project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and client expectations.
- Proactively evaluate project risks, scope adjustments, schedule changes, additional service needs, and cost impacts; communicate options, drive resolution, and manage issues through completion.
- Ensure project files, reports, photos, approvals, closeout documents, and final project summaries are complete, accurate, and organized.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and safety focused project environment, including adherence to jobsite requirements.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has supervisory responsibilities with oversight of crews working onsite at customer location.

Education & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, construction management, hospitality management, project management, or a related field preferred; candidates with relevant experience in place of a degree are encouraged to apply.
Travel:- Traveling up to 75% may be required to support customer site visits, project coordination, and business needs. The travel will have you housed at project sites for durations up to 6 weeks. The travel timeline is based on each project's scope and location.
Language Skills:- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, general contractor personnel, and crews.
Reasoning Ability:- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Computer Operations:- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Office suite, including MS Projects, and Warehouse Management Systems after training.
