Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field from an accredited university.
• PMP® certification (active/maintained).
• 5+ years of project management experience, successfully delivering international projects over $5M.
• Demonstrated experience in PM for electrical and/or Mechanical engineering projects (industrial, infrastructure, or similar).
• Proficient with PM tools like MS Project or Primavera P6, cost control, and earned value management.
• Strong contract and vendor management skills; excellent English communication.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets.
• Develop and manage project charter, WBS, baseline schedule, cost control, and risk register.
• Drive stakeholder alignment; facilitate effective meetings, status updates, and executive briefings.
• Oversee contracts and procurement, including RFPs, vendor selection, change orders, and claims management.
• Implement robust change management, issue/risk mitigation, and lessons learned processes.
• Interface with international suppliers and clients, supporting cultural and language dynamics.
