What You'll Own- Full P&L on your projects: budgets, cost-to-complete, and profit performance
- Project schedules, subcontracts, RFIs/submittals, and change orders
- Weekly jobsite and owner/engineer meetings
- Direct relationships with owners, engineers, subs and suppliers
- Field handoffs, site inspections, and closeout through project financial review
- 3+ years managing civil, marine or heavy construction projects
- Bachelor's in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
- Time management skills - specifically balancing time spent between office and active jobsites
- Working knowledge of HCSS HeavyBid/HeavyJob, Procore, Bluebeam or similar
- Valid driver's license and TWIC card (or ability to obtain one)
