Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in overseeing small scale / high volume interior renovation projects. This role will manage multiple projects across various locations, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in alignment with client expectations and company standards.

This is a remote position with periodic travel (approximately 25%) to project sites, client meetings, and partner facilities.

What you will do:

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Oversee contractor selection, bid review, and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress and proactively address project risks, schedule delays, and cost variances.
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Support the development and implementation of process improvements and best practices.
  • Mentor junior project team members and foster a collaborative team culture.


What you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or at least 10 years of continuous construction administration or field experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-site, or large-scale projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, drawings, specifications, and permitting processes.
  • Proficiency in project management software. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in eBuilder (or similar program), Smartsheets and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is 120,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is 130,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
