Job Description

Allied Universal® Technology Services is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, organization, direction, and oversight of construction project activities related to electronic security system installations. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic project execution, collaborate with top-tier clients, and shape the future of integrated security solutions across diverse environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage project execution, resource allocation, scheduling, and budget tracking using ERP systems
  • Supervise installation teams and subcontractors to ensure quality delivery of complex security systems
  • Coordinate engineering, installation, and subcontracting activities across large-scale projects
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to align project goals and timelines
  • Implement change orders and adjust installation plans and pricing as needed
  • Resolve project issues using financial, contractual, and operational tools to maintain profitability
  • Conduct site walks, attend customer meetings, and maintain accurate records of job status and material flow
  • Creation and delivery of routine project status updates to both the end client and the Program Manager


QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three (3) years in project management within construction, security integration or mission-critical environments
  • Minimum of two (2) years of access control, CCTV, intrusion detection and SCIF construction
  • Ability to obtain or maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance (Secret or higher)
  • Leadership skills with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally, as well as manage delivery timeframes
  • Solid knowledge of PM techniques and tools, general knowledge of contract laws and regulations
  • Experience managing multiple projects (portfolio) of at least $1M, while working independently and meeting deadlines
  • Current driver's license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle in the course of conducting business (e.g., client visits, attending networking events)
  • Proficient in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office and (BI) Business Intelligence tools for metrics analysis, reporting, automation, and presentations
  • Willingness and ability to travel to remote locations up to 90%


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
  • Associate's Degree Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Factory certifications in relevant technology platforms such as (Software House, Lenel, Brivo, Open Options, Exacq, American Dynamics, Milestone, OnSSI, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Project Management Software Procure, MS Project, or similar software
  • Certifications in any of the following PMP, Agile, Waterfall


BENEFITS:

  • Pay: $85,000 - $125,000 annually + company vehicle + gas card + 4% quarterly bonus potential + 4% annual bonus potential
