Project Manager, Global Corporate Development

Labcorpis seeking a Hybrid Project Manager, Global Corporate Development to join our team at 531 S Spring Street in Burlington, NC.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ETwith three inofficedays andtwo remote workdays per week supporting both collaboration andflexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end00to00planning, execution, and monitoring of M&A00related projects to align with corporate growthobjectivesand ensuretimelydelivery.

  • Serve as the liaison between Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, Operations, and external advisors to ensure smooth coordination and information flow.

  • Identifyrisks early, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues to senior leadership promptly.

  • Prepare clear, concise dashboards, progress reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and decisions.

  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices andleveragingAI00enabled tools for workflow automation and data analysis.

  • Maintainaccuratedocumentation of project activities, decisions, and lessons learned to support organizational learning and future transactions.

  • Assistin post00deal integration planning and execution to ensure operational readiness andsynergyrealization

Minimum Qualifications

  • HSD or GED

  • 3+ years of related experience in Project Management, Corporate Development, or Consulting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor00degree in business or finance
