Project Manager, Global Brand Marketing and Content

Smartly is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to help our Marketing organization deliver high-impact initiatives with clarity, consistency, and operational excellence. In this role, you'll partner with teams across Brand, Communications, Product Marketing, and Growth Marketing to plan, coordinate, and execute strategic projects. Your work will help teams stay aligned, prioritize effectively, and deliver campaigns and launches that support Smartly's business goals.
What You Will Do
  • Lead the planning and execution of multiple marketing projects, including integrated campaigns, product launches, website initiatives, and major events.
  • Build and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, capacity planning, and workload management across cross-functional teams, including Design and Marketing.
  • Partner with marketing leaders to prioritize initiatives, identify risks, and adjust plans as business priorities evolve.
  • Design and improve repeatable project management processes, templates, and workflows that increase team efficiency and visibility.
  • Manage and optimize Monday.com boards, automations, and integrations with tools such as Slack to streamline collaboration and execution.
  • Track project progress, monitor key milestones, and communicate status updates to stakeholders while driving accountability across teams.
  • Analyze project and campaign performance data, prepare reports and presentations, and identify opportunities to improve delivery and operational performance.
What We Are Looking For
  • Strong experience managing marketing projects from planning through execution in a cross-functional environment.
  • Experience using project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, or similar tools, with advanced knowledge of workflow management and automation.
  • Experience facilitating Agile or Scrum practices, including sprint planning and resource allocation.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence without direct authority.
  • Experience collaborating across marketing functions, including Brand, Product Marketing, Communications, and Growth Marketing.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, or marketing automation tools is a plus.

The base pay range for this position is as mentioned below per year, plus an annual performance bonus. We take into consideration an individual's background, expertise, and experience in determining final salary. In addition to annual salary, Smartly's total rewards provide employees with stock options, medical/dental/vision insurances, retirement savings benefits, parental leave, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, life insurance, and disability benefits. This information is provided in accordance with applicable law. Base pay information is based on market location.
