A Day in the Life of a Project Manager- Serve as a liaison between owners, architects, subcontractors, and teams, ensuring seamless communication.
- Manage key project processes, including RFIs, submittals, schedules, and cost tracking.
- Develop and oversee project schedules, coordinate MEP and BIM processes, and work closely with internal teams like accounting, design, and estimating.
- Write subcontracts and purchase orders, monitor budgets, and problem-solve to keep projects on track.
- Deliver projects to closeout with a zero-punch list goal and comprehensive handoff.

What You Bring- A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Familiarity with construction-specific software like Procore, ViewPoint, or Microsoft Project.
