Overview

Join our team as a Project Manager and support the U.S. Coast Guard Directorate of International Affairs and Foreign Policy Advisor (DCO-I) by leading all contractor work performed under this task order as the single point of contact to the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative. You will manage a multi-discipline team, deliver monthly status reports and biweekly progress meetings, and ensure timely, high-quality performance across the program's administrative, technical, and financial support requirements.

 

**Position is contingent upon contract award**

 

 

Work Schedule and Location:On-Site:

This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm at USCG Headquarters in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and own all work delivered on the contract, serving as the primary point of contact for the government's Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)
  • Manage a multi-disciplinary team providing administrative, technical, and financial support
  • Prepare and submit monthly status reports covering progress, schedule, travel, and recommendations
  • Meet with the COR every two weeks to review progress and resolve emerging issues
  • Keep the team aligned with USCG rules, safety practices, and professional standards

 

Qualifications

Required: 

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing multi-discipline teams in support of Government contracts.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
