Project Manager in Olathe, KS! As a project manager, you will ensure project objectives are met by specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities.
Job Responsibilities:- Review project plans and specs to determine time frame, budget parameters, field staffing requirements and allotment of available resources for the various phases of the project
- Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority and provide technical advice/troubleshooting.
- Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problems
- Manage project profitability, track expenses, approve pay applications, and oversee cost forecasting.
- Responsible for financial success of projects
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Job Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Candidates must have a high attention to detail and a drive to succeed
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Must have detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office
