The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget. You'll partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive work from initiation through closeout, keeping projects organized, risks managed, and all parties aligned. This role supports technology and business initiatives across the organization.

What You'll Do Project Planning & Execution - Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource assignments
- Monitor and control project progress; proactively identify and address variances
- Manage project budgets and track expenditures against forecast
Risk & Issue Management - Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies
- Escalate issues and material changes to leadership as appropriate
- Facilitate problem-solving and drive timely resolution of blockers
Stakeholder Communication - Serve as the primary point of contact for project status and updates
- Prepare and deliver clear, consistent reporting to stakeholders and leadership
- Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status reviews, and retrospectives
Team Coordination - Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure aligned execution
- Manage relationships with cross-functional partners, subject matter experts, and vendors
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and ways of working
Who We're Looking For - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years' relevant delivery management experience required.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification preferred
- Agile training and certifications (CSM, CPO, etc.) a plus
- Solid understanding of both Agile and waterfall project management principles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Quickbase, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools preferred
Salary RangeThe salary range for this position is: $91,950.00 - $159,380.00, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
